What is the difference between Williamsburg Place and the Farley Center?
Though we are comprised of two centers, we like to think everybody who comes to Williamsburg Place and/or the William J. Farley Center for treatment is part of one, big family. Regardless of where a resident stays for the duration of drug and alcohol rehabilitation, quality care and detoxification is guaranteed.
That said, there are substantial differences between the two facilities. While everybody who comes to us for treatment is checked initially into Williamsburg Place, the Farley Center offers a specialized treatment experience that is geared towards healthcare and other professionals. The Farley center also offers a specialized track for patients with a history of recovery in the past who have relapsed. Williamsburg Place, by contrast, may host residents from other walks of life. Durations of treatment are often different between the two programs.
Referrals to both facilities come from all over the United States, be they from corporate employers to physicians who specialize in drug addiction.
Which facility is right for you or your loved one? That's a complex question but one that we can help determine when you contact us.
