WHAT IS THE ROLE OF MY ATTENDING PHYSICIAN?
At Williamsburg Place and the Farley Center, we are deeply committed to a team approach. The most important member of the team is you, your employee, or your loved one - the resident.
The attending physician oversees the development and implementation of the treatment plan. It is his or her assessment that forms the core of what direction your treatment will take. Our program is unique in that our physicians are fulltime staff members. They are completely and directly involved in your recovery.
Residents will meet with their attending physicians as often as necessary. Though you may not meet with them everyday, our physicians are always active in the recovery process, discussing and planning your care everyday with therapists, case managers, and nurses.
If you or someone who works for you suffers from drug and/or alcohol addiction, contact Williamsburg Place today to learn more about our individualized treatment programs.
